Never practiced yoga before? Is it right for you?Absolutely! Kundalini Yoga is perfectly suitable for beginners. The practices are accessible and do not require flexibility or prior experience. Everything happens at your own pace.
How long is a session?Each session lasts between 75 and 90 minutes and includes a warm-up, kriya, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation with sound.
What should I wear and bring?- Comfortable light-colored clothing
- A bottle of water (Kangen water is also available on-site)
- If you have your own yoga mat — bring it along. We also provide mats made of 100% natural cork
- Optional: a blanket or light scarf for relaxation
What happens during the practice?We will move, breathe, chant mantras, meditate, and relax in a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls.
This creates a deep process of inner cleansing and renewal.
How often should I practice?As often as you feel called to — for some that’s once or twice a week, for others more frequently.
Even a single session can bring noticeable changes.
How will I feel afterward?Usually — lighter, recharged, more peaceful inside, and more connected to yourself.
The effect can be both emotional and physical — ease, warmth, and clarity.
